Access, sign-in, billing, privacy, and family support each have a clear path. We do not use learner-facing AI as a substitute for human support on account, payment, privacy, or safety decisions.

Contact SupportOpen Your gift links while signed in with the verified purchaser account. A private claim link lasts 90 days, but the paid gift itself does not expire when its private link expires. Before redemption you may give the current link to any eligible different household. If the link is lost, exposed, or out of date, issue a fresh one; that immediately disables the previous link. After redemption it cannot be transferred or claimed again.
Your gift linksThe gift includes the Story, Playbook, both AI-narrated audiobooks, and First Ship Weekend. Keep the private link and open it in the browser where you will claim. The recipient must be a different household, use their own verified adult owner account, complete the family assessment, select one eligible learner age 13 or older, and provide the parent or legal-guardian confirmation. The giver has already paid, so the recipient provides no card and starts no subscription. If the link is inactive, ask the giver for a fresh link.
Complete family setupThe purchaser owns the one-time $19 USD charge and can ask Billing for the 60-day First Ship Weekend refund; the recipient was not charged and cannot request a cash refund as the cardholder. A reversal of the original gift disables an unredeemed link or places an already-redeemed gift under review.
Contact BillingAdult account holders use Google. An invited household member uses the email and password created from their invite. Outlook sign-in is not offered. If you forgot that password, use “Forgot password?” on the login screen. If an invite expired or is missing, ask the account holder to send a new one.
Open sign-inFor an eligible First Ship Weekend purchase, the verified purchaser can open the private Weekend access page, expand Refund guarantee and self-service, acknowledge that access ends after Stripe confirms the refund, and submit the request there within 60 days of purchase. If that page is unavailable, choose Billing on the contact form and include the purchase email, offer name, and purchase date. Never send a full card number.
Contact BillingThe account owner can cancel future renewal at any time in the secure billing portal. Season purchases have a 60-day money-back guarantee; the authenticated Billing page provides the quiet request path. A guarantee request does not itself cancel renewal, so manage cancellation separately.
Open billingEvery signed-in account keeps a portable record. The account owner can print the household portfolio and download its machine-readable JSON. A learner login exports only records safely bound to that learner.

Contact PrivacyPause, save what exists, and use the simplest next mission or the support path shown in the workspace. Empty weeks are not failure. A parent can ask Support for a re-entry step without exposing a full coaching transcript.
Read the trust boundariesStop the activity and tell a trusted adult. ReInvent U is not an emergency or crisis service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For a product safety concern, contact Support and include only the minimum detail needed.
Contact SupportSend one message with the email used for the account or purchase, the page you were on, what you expected, and what happened. Do not send passwords, full card details, or unnecessary information about a child.
